Hidden under the bedsheet 

We used to talk for hours 

Words sweeter than nectar

You bought me chocolates 

Darker than my skin 

Promised me forever 

You were my secret

When we were kids

Just yesterday I told my mom

You were my only one

The fairytale i dreamt of 

Almost came true

Until I saw u were promised to another 

On a classmate's post

I couldn't breath

I couldn't think

I felt as if the world had ended 

I wish it were a dream 

I cried, i prayed 

But nothing changed 

I had been betrayed.

Or was i just a secret 

Meant to be forgotten?

But I guess you didn't want to be my last
