Loneliness

Loneliness has nothing to do with being alone.

Someone could be surrounded by many people but still could feel lonely.

Someone has could feel completely fine in one's own company.

Be honest with yourself, if you feel lonely accept it.

 Don't try to show the world your life as picture perfect.

 It's okay to not be okay.

 It's okay to show emotions.

Do selfless service, it doesn't matter how small or big it is.

Through selfless service, you will find your true self.
