Kill Me Mother

Kill Me Mother

Your anxiety increased

At the drastic moment

When you conceived

It made me alert too

Of the threatening hounds

The horror of heinous rape

Imagining your the terrible wounds

In your fertile womb

Kill me! Kill me!! Kill me!!

The trauma, the enormous agony

At any stage of life

Ranging from six to sixty

By the barbarian brutes

Of the so-called civilized society

In hideouts single-handedly

Or in beastly groups

Shaming of the animals publically

Virtuous mother, let me not imagine

Kill me!! Kill me!! Kill me!!

By rule or rite

Determined I am, deter me

Not to enter into the dense world

Where out-laws are a few

And saviours in large

Call me foresight blind

Even though the loveliest mother

Kill me! Kill me!! Kill me!!

Think not of sin or crime

When only a few years ago

Freely permitted were abortions

(And still are secretly carried out)

Neither ponder nor grieve

For the greats, the gods, the godmen

Would miss their golden birth

But least not forget

Barren without them for ages

Is the bounty of mother earth

So put an end to the hazardous journey

Kill me! Kill me!! Kill me!!
