Is there a Tomorrow?

We have many dreams and plans

For tomorrow that is yet invisible

But, are we sure that there is a tomorrow?

If at all it is there, is it not the trick of our mind,

Which wants a continuity from today?

We apply our memory to manipulate today

And when things do not happen as per our wish

We try to create so many todays

And hence we may call more todays as tomorrows;

When today is being manipulated

We may not be aware of the reality of today

So, tomorrow may become a means of escape from today

Tomorrow may arrive only when today has expired

And when there is tomorrow, it is again another today

Until we are free from the memory of our yesterday's

We may be deprived of the reality of today

But, when we are aware of the reality of today totally

Tomorrow would become certain for sure

Because, what may happen tomorrow

Is nothing but what is done and not done today,

So what we have in our control

Is neither yesterday nor tomorrow but only today

And hence we must learn to live completely in today,

Like a flower that has its beauty and fragrance

Not only while living but even after its death.
