Independence: Meaning and Attire

Who doesn’t love?

The tasty fruit of Independence

It gives us the liberty

To do whatever we want

And achieve whatever we can!

But up to a limit

Beyond which independence becomes

Tasteless and ruthless

Its attire is yet to be admired

By the monumental sun

Of our vividly frantic land

Like that of a sweltering wax light

In a gloomy constricted room.
