Indemnified
Indemnified
For all those times filled with pain,
And in those moments of submissive self disdain,
When the only emotion one could feel was that of excruciating turbidity,
When everything looked gloomy and of profound moribundity,
When counting breaths defined one's existence,
When living felt like a rigorous penance.
Still, life reminded of all those jovial moments,
Which bloomed like spring buds and impregnated this life in a way a wine frothily ferments,
When everything did look beautiful and bright,
When this heart's core shone with the love's light,
When every second seemed precious and cherishable,
When heart desired to stop time-with the command -Disable!
Sometimes life seems unfulfilled,
And Sometimes gratified,
Sometimes shaky,
And sometimes pacified,
At last, this life stands indemnified.
