In the midst of IF:

How often do we get stuck amid If?

Only If, Life had been fair to me, to give a pass to the tide of sorrows that shook my ship

Only If I had taken more comprehensible decisions in my life, rather than been lead by the wrong set of people

Only If I had trusted myself more than I invested my thoughts in the wrong people whom I cared about

Only If I had been able to stand up for myself, instead of looking for supporting pillars

Only If I had been gallanted enough to confront my fears, rather than running away from them

Only If I had given wings to my dreams to fulfil it, rather than believing people that dreams are not reality, that is why they are called dreams.

Only If I understood that Life is beyond winning and losing, it is sometimes about enjoying the current moment's life has bestowed upon us

Only If I had felt gratitude for all the blessings in my life, rather than sulking on what I missed

Only If I had known the key to happiness is a state of mind where you accept and look beyond imperfections, embrace the little things in life, then to seek it in people.

Only If I had understood the power of forgiveness is more robust than holding the string of antagonism against the people

Only If I did know, I was meant for much bigger things in life, than I chose to settle down in my comfort zone.

Only If I had accepted that Yes, Life can be unfair many times, but during all this, it gives you a chance to choose who you wish to be.

And that very moment decides who you are, irrespective of whatever life throws at you, that inner light would always guide you to find your way through.
