I Wish

I wish to fall asleep. 

Now-- for the penultimate time!

To cure my wound, bleeding so deep; 

And end my own regime! 

I highly need some peace,

A much-needed leave...

From the unrests of mind each day--

Awful like gathered grease,

Hindering a clear pathway!

Thus I want to bid adieu; 

To all -- to each one of you,

It's now time for me 

To answer the call of the stars, 

To die, so as to live again, 

Next time, pulling harder on the oars!
