Be like a sunflower. 

Dark (fears) from inside but,

Brightest from the outside.

Sunflowers adapt.

To let the light reach them,

And I am learning.

To do the same. 

Yes, I can,

Like keeping fear inside & brightest outside provide positive light,

 It's only possible if you don't let your fear decide your light.
