I Felt Lonely Again

The moment I saw you hugging her. 

The moment I saw you sweetly smiling at her . 

The moment you spent thinking about her. 

And she became the only thing you care. 

        I felt lonely again. 

The moment I saw you holding her hand all happiness

slipped away from my hand like sand. 

The moment you ensured her that you care, something

that I always wanted to hear. 

          I felt lonely again. 

When I saw you comforting her fear while I was waiting

for your love and care. 

When you started to call her ' dear ' something which I 

eagerly wanted to hear. 

                 I felt lonely again. 

When you said you are afraid of losing her everyday. 

Something that I use to feel every second of past days. 

When she became your reality and you became my dream. 

                  I felt lonely again. 

When you beg moons, stars and rain just for her one sight. 

To bring her justice with the whole school you stood to fight. 

When you guided her towards light and darkness started clouding

my sight. 

                    I felt lonely again. 

When you look for my shoulder to cry, a house to crash in when you are high. 

When you look for me to do her stuff, leave me in cold but cover her with my scarfs. 

But you still don't have time to say to me ' hi ' and wait like a hawk with your phone for her reply. 

                      I felt lonely again. 

when you came to me with a ring in your hand declaring

that you will ask for her hand. 

when you told me that we are just good friends I knew my dreams came to an end. 

                I felt lonely again.
