I Believed in Me

When no one believed in me

I believed in me

I had no one to stand by me

When everyone said 

I couldn't do it 

I said I could and I did

When everyone laughed at me

I smiled and walked away

They never understood why

When I was told

I was wasting my times

I said it's my time, not yours

When I looked down at 

And seemed invisible to many

I let it be my motivation to do better

When everyone expected me to make noise

I stayed silent as if I heard nothing

I just did what I had to

When I felt my world 

Crashing down on me

I got up stronger

When they thought

I won't make it

I stayed silent 

And let my success speak

Life isn't easy

But you have to keep yourself together

Let them speak, let them talk 

But most importantly let them see

Turn negativity into something positive

No matter what you do or say

They will still judge and criticize you

Do what you have to for yourself.
