Home School (Grid Style Poem)

Tik Tok an alarm rang 

Another ten minutes are left 

I can take a nap

Every minute is well appreciated

Drinking slowly drop by drop

I sat in front of  computer 

with mute speakers, headphone held close

I wanna shout, talk, wave high-five

rattled by  sound of morning prayer

I am yawning silently spooning cereal

The teacher running  lot of slides 

I am  bit alert 

riding a hot seat 

Never know my turn

when fired with questions

I look around 

camera,headphones,computer

are only friends 

I miss school bus

ridding, yelling, talking around

making excuses for mischiefs

Talking to seat mates

No rejoice in eating 

A bar of chocolate

A silky creamy bar

No fascinating stares glaring 

Dancing Singing in School fests

Proudly showcasing an another star

A new fun flare flock 

When I will join back 

A school, long awaiting awaiting
