Holding Your Breath..

Holding your breath,

You struggled for others' health.

You prayed for the pandemic to end,

Wished till eternity love may extend.

But something else God had planned,

Which left us all appalled....

When the pandemic did subside,

All the people began rejoicing outside.

You had to release your last breath,

And established friendship with death.

Maybe God takes good people to his side,

To take rest at last, in his heavenly abode.
