What is it like to be homesick for a home that you cannot accommodate?
Or for a home that breathes.
A home that walks.
A home that hears.
Its voice audible,
But the home is out of sight.
You're almost there but then you lose your way yet again.
You're looking for it with all your might.
It pulls you. You haven't been inside but you know the scent.
The tantalizing fragrance lingers in your nostrils.
There are days you feel worn out.
You think it's enervating but this home that you cannot find has a pervasive quality of making you want to get up in search of it again.
And then when you finally find it,
It's locked and barricaded.
It looks like heaven or 

a person.
