Happiness

A non-specific pleasure sensitizing, 

should I call.

Or is it something in the twinkling eyes

of a war turn, grief stricken little girl when given some hope of life.

Or is it the thing that optimism provides

Is it something that aesthetically

Induces an all-powerful sense of joyousness.

Is it that we get after a good piece of news?

Should we call it something that provides

An increased sense of comfort

Something making us more lazy

Is it the path, the result, the journey

Or simply something coined to define

An abstract unexplained sense of well beingness

Or does it lies in the passion-lit eyes of

people having the will power to achieve

Who are willing to take risks, not afraid

Is it something that lies in eyes of

People who don't let anything dampen

Their spirits, their ambitions and their mental peace

Now that I think of it

Happiness is the sole path

Happiness is the journey and not the destination!!
