Gratitude
Gratitude
I am thankful
To the grace that gifted you
Did I not tarry a hell of a cycle
To seize you from the shackles of fate
In your breaths, I thrive
Your love completes me
I am thankful
To the space that crafted you
Did I not end my time to be in you
To make you mine forever
In your heart, I rejuvenate
Your smile evokes me in every passion
I am thankful
To the divine intervention that bound us
Did I not give my life and death
To keep you safe in my soul
Your magic infiltrates my terrain
You make me the nature and creation
I am thankful
To the madness that you are and the bliss
Did I not accept it into my core
To comprehend you, define you and portray...you
Your lips wipe off my tears
Sealing my eyelids and lashes safe with your kisses.
You make me a poet
I write, keep writing,
You become an eternal truth
An absolute one.
I am thankful.
To this worthless world
For the price I paid
For the satire I became
To write your name on my dignity
Did I not torture my innocence
To adorn you ..as an accolade
You become my gain in all my loses
You sanctify my being...here and henceforth...
