The blanket of the night, 

Will take away all your fright, 

The dreams are oh so new, 

Will turn out to be true, 

Just close your eyes and sleep well, 

Don't think so much 

Don't take so much tension 

The tension comes in our life 

But try to move the tension from your mind at night 

If you can't 

Then hear the song of God 

If you don't believe in God 

Then hear your favourite song 

But remember, God stays with you every time 

Relax your mind from past events
