FREE BIRD
FREE BIRD
There was a happy bird;
Who tried to be free,
Chirping and singing melodically;
It set people's mood in glee,
It thought the whole world as its own;
Wanted to set it alight with lights of it's crown,
But alas did it ever realise;
That mankind isn't so wise,
The bird sang it's song without labels;
But the greedy people threw it pebbles,
Because all the men wanted it's songs personally;
Could never accept the bird's freedom happily,
So one day the bird's originality died;
The love of the world sank in human pride,
And you know what people wrote in bird's obituary;
"Be free like the bird; and never worry"
