How instant is the dawn of my end !

My breath tapering off.

To destiny, I cede my hopes for life;

The other life too, that will die with me.

Food was the season’s deficit:

The heat drinks the earth’s water;

And I wandered to gain a morsel of these;

To save my race, shaping in my womb.

My arduous travel did not dismay me:

In and out of thickets, a river meandering I did see.

The clock then was in concord with me;

My hunger sighted a meal narrowly.

It looked luscious - the pineapple booby snare:

Had rolled it into my mouth- I knew little;

Some unruffled seconds - my dreams still unaffected:

Uninformed of the next - my last tranquil seconds.

The fruit did explode, my mouth was the world:

Ruptured my jaws, quaked every bit of me;

I turned dumb, deaf, blind and befuddled;

Thick tears rolled down, sensing the fetal motion.

The forbidden fruit - the humans craft:

Crammed with firecrackers - hatred, vengeance, arrogance and greed;

Knew I little this, or else leave untouched,

But this stiffened the barrier - between humans and animals.

I know now no language, but the pain;

My mouth bleeds and I drink the blood.

My jaws are benumbed, as if they hardly exist,

My head is all heavy with inflammation.

I am streaming with stabbing pain;

Leave me alone, nothing will help me gain.

I pity the humans bordering me;

The origin, your villainy.

I thought you sapient, you human brains;

Now do grasp, you are but backstabbers.

We from the greens eat canes and leaves,

You are like the feline, that kill in ambush.

In trying times humans venture the forest:

The bounteous nature gift you heavily.

In our hard times we yearn your geniality;

But this day discern it an error.

Your avarice has made you eyeless;

Your arrogance made you blunt;

Your self - regard has made you savage;

Your ego made you lose your reasons.

Your machismo make you scorn femininity;

You act ruthless even with mothers-to-be.

A day will here after arrive,

When animals to walk the land and you the forest.

My limbs are slowly paralyzing,

The soaring pain is gnawing me.

I must reach the river soon;

The healing touch is there, I know.

My child is unaware of the out-lands:

But a mother’s pangs can reach the womb;

The savage man sham in ignorance;

Though he emerged from women, himself.

The ice is embracing me, by the limbs;

The shadows of death is hovering over:

Wish I had a life again,

To see my baby born and live again.

The dauntless death is sipping me,

It will enslave me against my will to die.

And as the last breath will liberate me,

My baby to the other world also ‘ll go.

May I be your final hunt;

For,many a animal death, humans to honor with.

Feel I, we are better bred:

Henceforth, come to be virtuous, to wipe your shame.

No more thoughts will henceforth form,

Feel I a formless form:

A couple seconds I take for myself;

Before I know that I am gone.

The Poet’s in tears my fellow beings,

The watery grave torment me night and day.

Dark clouds of human sin floating above,

Are but harbingers of our doom.

How fair be this human existence?

Restraining the animal’s right to exist?

No Gods will descend to grant absolution;

The sinner’s price will be his own ruin.

Your iniquity will trail you everywhere;

It will pierce you time and again.

It will perturb your sleep and work;

You will live a baneful life, until you cease to exist.

A long overdue virtue man ought to realize;

This planet is for all, ensure peaceful coexistence.

No one’s superior, no one’s inferior;

On this earthly sphere, life is right to all.
