The Unnamed
The Unnamed
I
The wind blows, to the west side of the Nile
Heavenly in being, heavenly being
My golden star, the sun, spills its blood
On the divine banks, banks
Itself till the edge, until it
Reaches me, myself reaching
Down the banks, through the blood
To reach the mermaid, me a maid
Catapult to the red waters, push me
Into the shark waters, shark's teeth
Graced veins to come by, ruby blood
Welling, as these hollow bones wade
The ruby waters of bloodshed
What is it telling me?
II
Deep down dark, night now
Quiet, a canyon looms quietly before
Me, there the mermaiden, her
Winged tail, tails the sea horse
Speeding, sylvanite gleams sapphire now
Emerald, topaz and amethyst, emerald blues
Like the sky, asked for prophecies
This night from dreams, dreamers
Fantasy, standing before me now
Cloaked in hopes of hopefully hopeless.
III
"Come with me," she said, "I'll take you
To see this world, as I see, like
You want, maiden, I'll show you our
Goddess of destiny, to meet your destiny
I'll whisper everlasting secrets, we will give yours'
sylvanite rubies, forged from those ruby waters.
I am lost you see (as you),
in this world of dreamers' fantasy"
IV
So she takes me, deep down these waters
Woven from the heavens' night sky, each star
Exquisite, but never near
"Poison, don't touch it", exquisite poison
Then, the blues near me, and
The sky is black, la destinée, the whispers
Traîtresse, chaos issues, ordered chaos
It rains my tears, ruby golden blood
The emerald, the topaz, the sapphire
The amethyst, are all rubies falling
Like rain, with my tears, from my star
Why did I leave you?
V
Heavenly being, heaven in being
I have nothing to sell but my blood
Through these hollow bones, flowing
Steele, only this sylvanite,
the blues
Blind me, I didn't see the sharks teeth
(i thought it better)
Now everything haunts me.
