Disjointed Bonds
Disjointed Bonds
I stood there at the joint,
Until I saw them move far.
The bonds that disjoint,
Left behind no scar.
I once stood and saw two souls with intensifying emotions,
But now they have diverged,
Rousing a silent commotion.
I had been with them, once when they wanted each other,
I am still with them, when they chose different paths altogether.
I stood there and saw them walking in two parallel worlds,
Unaffected by one's presence, their paths and their odds.
They don't feel they don't emote,
Letting go all the moments is what I connote.
But now I feel, I'm not needed anymore,
I wish they could try to mend once more...
Two beautiful souls whom I did adorn,
I hope they live happily and never mourn.
Bidding goodbye.
Yours Ever Unchanged,
Love
