Ineffable Happiness

I tried a lot to stop him,

And showed my rebellious streak.

He still left, on account of,

My some unknown flaw.

After sometime, came with

His mother, made me freak.

To show her, her future

Daughter-in-law.

Now my tears itself,

Don't stop crawling down my cheeks.

The flaw was not being

Able to introduce him to my parents,

As their future son-in-law.

Sometimes, getting a little hurt;

Results in an ineffable happiness.
