Coffee And Us

Sunlight radiating through our windows brightened the coffee table,

Elucidating our minds, Imparted us hopes for a fresh new start,

And accept our imperfections,

with a resilient heart,

As we sipped over our favourite hand-made coffee,  

Together we resolved to bury the distressing past.
