Abstract Tragedy Others

Chaos

Chaos

When I dive deep, there is an unsettling peace.

It's like I am holding a poker face, bluffing none but self.

Being courageous on the outside, fear still has strong roots,

Waiting for the dusk to show its true colors.

As the sun sets, all I feel is unrest.

Trying to hold me, trying to become my own strength.

But the sanity has gone for a toss, making me weak.

I cry I shout, only to realize that there is no one to listen, there is no one to pacify.

Yet I wait for, I wait for the day to listen, listen to my mother's lullaby!!
