Terrible it laid tore apart

Silence roaring in the mind 

No place where peace to find  

Laid on the hustling sand 

The waves rushing over me 

Betrayed by everyone I lay 

In the gap between me and the sea

A change in me stroke hard

Took me from the negative to positive trail

I've had enough, now I'll have to change
