Cassie's Cat

Cassie's Cat

There once was a cat

Who was very curious

The cat was owned by Cassie

Who was really furious

The cat had spilt upon a dress

A giant can of milk

And Cassie just began to cry

As the dress was made of silk

Her mother was very cross

As she let the milk run cold

‘The milk cost a lot’

Was what her mother told

Cassie had to clean the floor

And her pretty dress;

The cat came back and it said,

‘Hey! I just made that mess!’
