"Brave"

Daily she used to see the way,

The way that led to her home,

 

The home where they both stayed,

Waiting under the dome

 

Her home was fulfilled with every need,

He has done it that way,

 

But somewhere in the corner,

A small fear would stay

 

The fear of losing him,

Losing her other half,

 

The one fighting for others,

The one who made her laugh

 

Fighting for his country,

He took the death ride,

 

For the sake of world,

She accepted it with pride

 

Somewhere inside her,

Something was flowing,

 

Somewhere in her mind,

Something was growing

 

Whatever his mother taught him,

She too taught her children the same,

 

Never had she let herself down,

Nor did anything for fame

 

Keeping the hope enlightened,

That he would return one day,

 

Never she believed his death,

As the whole world would say

 

Completing all his duties,

He slept peacefully in his grave,

 

Heart of a lioness she held,

No one could be as brave.
