Blindfolded

Blindfolded

I used to see the sunshine,

On a sweet summer day.

Suddenly the rain fell,

On my eyes,

And I got blind.

Now there are clouds,

With rage and sadness.

Which I see.

Nothing very beautiful

Nor exciting.

From the light,

To darkness.

Just like I’ve been blindfolded.
