Believe In Yourself

The pain won't ever fade away,

Until you allow yourself to feel it,

The dark clouds will always stay,

As long as you continue to fear it.

Nobody will come to save you,

You have to be your own hero,

Wounds, scars aren't it gave you,

It prepares you for ground zero.

Meditate your brain to see all good,

Watch out for triggers that affect mood,
