Anger

Anger is a punishment 

That I punish to my self. 

Today I regret my reaction 

That totally destroys my action.

It doesn't solve my problem 

But it spoils my happiness. 

It is a painful moment when my mouth rules my mind.

And when everything over

I don't have the capacity to change. 

I try to control my anger

But my mind was helpless. 

I try to keep silent

but my mouth doesn't obey. 

Now I have nothing 

Only regret.
