Angels And Demons
Angels And Demons
There was once a girl, a bit mysterious,
Sometimes all smiles, sometimes serious
She was like a child, though tricenarian,
But by nature, a strict disciplinarian
She aged so slowly, some called it a wonder,
Some called her divine and praised the beauty under
Her heart was pure, like a still summer lake,
Reflecting, as a mirror, if one gazed without a shake
Some said she had intriguing eyes,
Deep and infinite, like the skies
Some were mesmerized by her smile,
Although she flashed it only awhile
Some said she was a temptress in disguise,
She acted innocent while noting all the lies
Hence she was guarded by both worlds,
Between Angles and Demons, she twirled.
