After You Or After Me?
After You Or After Me?
In the state of powerful passion,
In the state of soaked sleep.
Touching of life-longing fashion,
Vigorous heart for you so seeps.
They cannot be swiped clean,
Like the marks of you on me.
And they do not seem to disappear,
When I return, they redeem.
It almost feels like an abduction now,
Under your smell, I slip in, keen.
I willfully try to lose it somehow,
Apparently, it starts more, to mean.
Things were as daily as a routine,
You brought me what I need.
Should not have created a realm of shine,
If you were going to leave me to the pity of gleam.
It passed as an unusual addiction, a habit,
Asking you to stay briskly.
You poured in me your ambit,
And to me, you also listened thickly.
The strain of feelings confirmed the addiction,
It was to the comfort, to love,
To the joy of that lovely fiction.
I surrendered, I surrendered gaily,
Thought that world will fill up again, fill up again vainly.
Unless the realization that nobody had yet totally, gained me.
