A Visionary Pearl!

Ah! like the grains of sand I've Scatter'd!

Nay, like a rose in full bloom fast wither'd!

Ablaze pearl among the belles best ever

Moonlight of moon so fine was never!

Rose, shall I call thee or but sunshine 

O fairy of fairies thou art to me sublime!     

O blithe beloved thirsty for thy love

Oft, my heart stares at moon above!

Fie upon thou, thou art only to see     

Not to touch not to love, a pearl visionary!.
