A Student's Squeal

A Student's Squeal

In a world where dreams should soar,

There's a plight that I implore,

Of students burdened, weary, and worn,

Their hopes and futures seemingly torn.

In halls of learning, once filled with glee,

Now echo sighs of uncertainty,

For the weight they bear is hard to ignore,

The challenges they face, forevermore.

Their desks, once filled with books and light,

Now buried under deadlines, day and night,

Tests and exams, a relentless tide,

Leaving them gasping, with no respite.

Society demands their utmost best,

But fails to see the weight upon their chest,

Expectations high, like a mountain steep,

While they struggle, their fears they keep.

With every grade, a dagger's thrust,

Their self-worth crumbles, turns to dust,

They're taught to measure success by scores,

Yet miss the beauty that lies in their cores.

They strive for knowledge, thirst for truth,

But drown in syllabi, with no clemency, no ruth,

Cre

ativity stifled, passion restrained,

As they memorize facts, their dreams waned.

Financial burdens weigh them down,

Education becomes an expensive crown,

Tuition soaring, debts ever-growing,

A cycle of struggle, no signs of slowing.

Inequality rears its ugly head,

Some deprived, while others are fed,

A system flawed, leaving dreams unmet,

Where opportunities are hard to get.

But amidst the despair, a spark remains,

Resilience flickers through the chains,

Students unite, their voices rise,

Demanding change, with unwavering cries.

For education should be a beacon of hope,

A chance to thrive, to broaden scope,

Let's mend the system, with empathy and care,

So every student's burden becomes easier to bear.

For their dreams are precious, their potential vast,

Let's free them from the shadows they've cast,

Empower their spirits, let their voices soar,

For the plight of students, we can't ignore.
