A Place Of Love
A Place Of Love

When you ask me,
What was the best thing,
About being in your college,
And my heart beats with enthusiasm,
For the entire college was itself a sweet memory.
The gates of the college
Where I was destined to meet you,
The parking place at college,
Where I met you for the first time
The popular place at college, the canteen
Where we used to have,
Silent eye contacts,
The corridor walk,
To have a sli
ght look at me
During intervals,
Always had a glimpse of love
Unsaid, hidden, never expressed forever.
Days have passed,
Yet the last smile of yours,
On the last day of college
At the Gates of our college,
A kind of unsaid goodbye,
Too had a meaning,
Like a beautiful phrase,
Hard to be explained.
Was love that hard to mend
Into words that
Are felt only by heart!
