A Journey So Divine
A Journey So Divine
Has it ever occurred to you how it feels like
To be immersed in an abode of silence?
Where calm is sonorous, sunlight replaces the lamps
Where mornings are drenched in serenity
And nights for the nocturnals; a delight
Voices are ripples in a sea of memories,
Your visions are illumined; it's a reverie.
Paddling through this stream so blue
Gazing at the sparkling waters as the oars leave a hue.
Rowing tirelessly through this uninterrupted silence
My eyes toggle in search of a presence
That is when I happen to come across a spirit
As it calls out my name: a hint of pleasure in it
Following the voice, I get submerged
In the land of the mystic; the chaos and calm get merged.
Every trickle of sweat was worth the ride,
There can't be a better place to hide
From the pandemonium of everyday life
But now, I must turn back to my hive.
