A Friend's Place

There were no loud noises,

No fake lifestyle discussions,

Cooking while sharing nostalgic moments,

Laughing at the same jokes,

Without any concern to be looked at as dumb,

Sitting on the roof,

Watching the stars,

Revisiting those memories,

Which makes us more humane,

To accumulate more peace in thoughts,

No emotional tantrums,

More matured discussions,

To help each other,

To feel the sanity in this routine,

A friend's place,

Where we are not having FOMO,

Distant from the arrogant conversations,

Is the most beautiful place,

Which I am lucky to visit,

For multiple times.
