A Beautiful Disaster

A Beautiful Disaster

You are my summer thoughts

The hurricane that will destroy me

The tornado that will blow my whole life away, I know you're bad for me

And that you'll ruin the pretty in me

You'll pluck the petals that surround my body that act as a shield to protect me against creatures like you

I know that you'll poke me with your thorns

And that you'll leave nothing but a petalLess flower, you'll pluck me out

Till the tip of the root and rip me out of the soil, The soil that kept me warm and fed

That helped me grow and nurtured me

I know all of that but I want it all

I want to feel bad that's in you

I want to feel how it's like to lose yourself in trying to find someone else

I want to know how it feels

At the end of it, all the pain will sink in deep

I know and I know that there are many other creatures like you

Ready to find a beautiful flower-like me

And ready to destroy it

But remember flowers bloom beautifully again
