কান পেতে ঐ শুনি
গীর্জায় ঘণ্টার ধ্বনি
ক্রিসমাস এসে গেল কাছে,

দুই দিন বাকি আর,
পুলকেতে সবাকার
হৃদয় আর মন তাই নাচে।

বড়ো দিনের ছুটিতে,
কেহ যায় পুরীতে,
কেহবা করে বিদেশে ভ্রমণ,

পঁচিশে ডিসেম্বরে,
পূর্ণ নব কলবরে,
প্রভু যীশুর ধরায় আগমন।

গীর্জার সম্মুখভাগে,
ক্রিসমাস ট্রি রাখে,
রাতে সেথা জ্বলে কত আলো,

এসো প্রভু ধরামাঝে,
নব রূপে নব সাজে
মুছে দাও জগতের যত কালো।

দেখো ওই গীর্জা ঘরে
ঘণ্টা বাজে মধুর স্বরে,
দিকে দিকে শুনি তাঁর আহ্বান।

এসো পরমপ্রেমময়,
ধর্মে যেন মতি হয়,
এসো প্রভু পুনর্বার এই ধরাধাম।
