My Painful Office Story

 

It's been 6 months, I have been working as a SEO Manager in this company. I've been contributing a lot to this company from every direction. There were two SEO person working under me. Both were working fine but 2 weeks ago I came to know that they would not work with me anymore. Without any reason they asked me forcefully to sign on the resignation letter. I had talked to the owner for more than an hour, but he refused to agree with my decision. They were both really good in their work but in the front of the company's owner my decision was nothing. I tried a lot to retain them but I failed. And still I have in my mind to work harder for the company. Now, I have come to know that the company never thinks of your emotion. They do what they want to do.
