Little Hero

Long long ago there was a poor family living in a small village in Rajasthan. The family was very poor that even they didn't get sufficient food to eat. There were three members in family. A woman and her two children. One of them was two-year-old girl and another was 12-year boy. The woman was selling vegetables in the market and whatever she earned, she had to keep for the payment of tax of the field to the Landlord where she was cultivating her vegetables. One day due to low sale of vegetables, she couldn't earn much and returned home early. As there was time of festival people were busy in buying other essential things So, she couldn't sell as compared to other days.

When she reached at home the Landlord came to take his tax money as he was collecting tax on daily basis, so he came to collect tax. The woman refused to give her money as sale was low that day and requested to Landlord to take it other day. But the Landlord took it anyhow and did not listen to her

She became helpless and felt very sad as she had to cook food and for this no grocery item was there at home. So, she became worried and thought of her gold bangles which was the gold item with her which was given by her husband at the time of marriage. She cried silently but went to market to sell them. Her son was watching all this as he couldn't do anything for her mother felt very sad and followed her mother. Her mother reached market and sold to person in the market and took some money and returned home. The boy was watching this and went to that person and demanded that gold bangles. But he refused to return them as he had bought them and said to boy, bring money and take it. The boy then returned home and thought how he can bring back the bangles. Meanwhile his mother called him as she had prepared food for them. On next day, the boy decided to do some work to bring the bangles back and went to jungle to collect some wood. He entered a jungle and collected some wood and when he saw that the jungle was so vast, and he thought he can sell wood in the market and can earn money easily. So, he collected more wood. Then he became tired and sat under a tree. He fell asleep for a while. Suddenly he woke up with some sound and then came to know that his wood was missing. He looked around but did not find his wood. Then he heard a voice from backside of tree. When he looked back a person was standing there. The boy asked him, who are you?

The person smiled and said I am your future. The boy couldn't understand anything and asked again. But how? The man said you are a hardworking boy and kind also, so I have come here to give you some power through which you can achieve everything what you want but you have to help other to maintain your status get whatever you want, and you have to be honest and loyal. The boy agreed and suddenly the man disappeared. The wood appeared before him, and the boy became happy. The boy carried the wood with him to the market and sold them and collected money and returned home. Since then, he never felt scarcity. He also brought back her mother bangles and gave it to her mother. When her mother asked, from where did you get this? The boy told I brought this by selling wood. Then left for market. One day when he was returning home, he saw that a person was beating a man mercilessly. The boy remembered that person's voice in his ear and thought that he should help the man. He then went near the person and told what happened? why are you beating him? The man said he had borrowed money from me but not willing to return. The boy said don't worry I will pay for him and by saying he took his hand into his pocket and felt that he had a bundle of notes he became surprised and gave it to the person. The person left the man, and he thanked the boy for his help and said you are a real Hero.

The boy then moved towards his home; on his way he saw some people were going to cut a tree. He stopped them and asked about the matter. The man said we have to cut this tree for construction work and for this huge amount will be paid.

Then the boy said, I will give you the amount you as per your requirement, but you have to leave the tree. Then he took his hand into pocket and gave a bundle of money to the man. The man thanked him and left.

The boy then walked towards home, and saw some people were throwing goods of an old couple and were forcing the couple to leave the house. The boy stopped and asked, why you are throwing out their goods? A man among them said, they had not given our rent for two years and their children had left them and live abroad and not giving money to them. So, we did not find a way to get our money. We have to empty the house.

The boy again took his hand into pocket and gave a bundle of notes in the hands of a man and asked him not to return again to this place.

They took money and left.

The old couple blessed the boy and said you have come as Hero.

In this way the boy became Hero and live a life of a king.

Whenever anyone remember him, he reached them and helped them as Hero. Soon the news spread everywhere, and everybody called the boy as Hero.

The boy told everything to her mother and his mother hugged him and said, you are my real Little Hero.
