It's time I step out from my Cocoon,

Before your love makes me crave and be Immune ;

 

This umbilical cord is more than the love we share & strength I imbibe, 

Each day striving to be me in the world trying to paint me in its tribe; 

As I shed tears each night in despair to move away,  

I wish to be in your arms a little more before the dawn welcomes a new day;

The world may shine on me or rip me apart to be thrown, 

But with the wheel of time, I shall learn to survive on my own; 

In a voyage to seek the purpose of my existence I began, 

Trailing the omens laid by cosmos to unveil its plan; 

Inquest for my treasure hunt, I traveled across the map, 

Only to discover the real paradise is in your lap;

From the kicks in your womb through the tender walks holding your palm, 

In this, "Age of Downfall ", you gave me the wings of virtue to glow! my Mom;

How could I ever repay this debt? Prima, for being born, 

For this agape love & myriad things all these ages you have borne;

A promise of life I make, 

To forever revive this bond as we trend to switch our role, 

And to weave all the dreams you abandoned to nurture my soul;

It's time to step out! but only to return to my cocoon, 

For your love makes me c(b)rave and remain immune
