Immortal

Been in darkness, frigidity and calm world,

Moving to a zone of heat, light and noisy world,

Mind says, welcome to world of life!!

Things are different, than seen and felt before.

Happy looking creatures,around me,

I am submerged in water,

Mind says fear!!

Noise!, says ears,

Oh! It’s from throat!

Why is he making it?

Mind says pain in stomach!

I am submerged in water.

The water dries off,

Once jaws gets engaged with work,

Mind says hunger!!

Days pass by,

Legs and hands are busy,

I see things moving at faster pace,

Miscommunication between two legs,

I am submerged in water,

Mind says pain!!

New creatures around me,

No fear!

They lick my friends,

Mind says love!!

Days pass by,

Familiar creatures around me,

Mind says friends and relatives!

Days pass by,

Mind says college, workplace, marriage…..

I am ageing!

Light diminishing,

Mind is dying,

Gloom creatures around me,

Mind says death!

Back in darkness,

Quitting the world,

End of me!

Wait!

Back in light?

Happy creatures around me!

Am I alive?

I am submerged in water,

Mind says happiness of seeing the world for first time!

I am immortal,

I survived!

Mind was generous, to spare my life,

He showed,love is about letting to live,
