We are poles apart, yet our names are engraved in each others heart

When I go on with my chatter, you are as calm as a water,

When I am as silent as a sleeping child, I see a lion in you roaring wild.

I never believed opposites attract. But with you around I know it is a fact.

While admiring the difference that we share,

I never realized when our paths merged & became an identical pair.

Today as I write tales, I see your couplets that follow as trail

When I knew a poet was born within you, it was a pleasant news

But what made the news more special was knowing that I am your muse.

As we set for a new journey ahead, let the fun & crazy moments be the best part to cherish.
