Story description:

Kim Hyun, a playful and kind high school student is falsely accused of school violence. Because of school violence accusations he gets kicked out of the school. This was done by his first love's false testimony. Due to her false testimony, Kim Hyun faces too many rejections from other schools too. So he tries to prove himself innocent by investigating his school's principal ongoing corruption. But things get worse when a female student accuses him of sexual assault.

Chapter 1. The transfer student.

  "Before accusing someone seek the truth"

After his father's death, Kim Hyun along with his mother moves to Seoul from Busan. His mother bought a small but needed house and just yesterday Kim Hyun joined a new school. So today it's his first day of school. His mom had already prepaid traditional Korean noodles as breakfast, so while holding the food plate she entered Hyun's room which was a total mess book where is spread everywhere and the guitar was under the bed. By seeing that mess

     

She said to herself "oh! Gosh really ? Is he my kid " and left the room by saying " Kim your food is here".

Hyun who was taking the shower suddenly thought about his father while playing with his hair and said " new school!" and comes out wearing a black bathrobe. While playing with hair he gave a glance to the Noddles which was on his study table, he was watering to eat it but then he slowly moved towards his wardrobe and takes out black shirts and jeans and wears it.

After wearing he sat on the chair and ate the food then he took his bag and came out of his room. while shouting "goodbye mom" he left the house towards the bus stop, while traveling he carefully observed every detail of his surroundings that he got hit by the pole

"Ouch!! Aish..! I should be careful " he said to himself while rubbing his forehead right after getting hit by the pole.

While rubbing his forehead he somehow got in time at the bus stop, while taking out his phone and earplugs. He saw the bus was coming so he immediately took his traveling card out from his bag and puts it in his right pocket. He started listening to Exo's monster while the bus just came. He entered the bus and paid his bill and stood while holding the support.

The bus was filled by the passengers he could barely move somehow he was good in the place where he was standing next to a girl and a guy. Then suddenly bus movement made Hyun collide with the girl by which he immediately says sorry then when the next step arrived, some passengers moved out from the bus, but yet still there weren't enough empty seats but they could move freely.

When the bus started to move again the other guy next to Hyun's side started touching that girl's back inappropriately while Hyun was gazing outside of the bus. That girl immediately asked

"Are you a pervert? By starring at Hyun.

By he was wearing earplugs. So the girl forcefully took out earplugs from Hyun's ears and repeated by asking " are you a pervert? I'm asking you earplugs guy !"

Hyun in a confused expression said "Pervert ! are you saying that word to me?

By hearing Hyun expressions the girl in a bold voice mumbled

" Now you're acting innocent huh! Co'z of a guy like you we girls can't even walk or stand freely" Hyun who was still confused about the situation confessed, " I have already apologized for the collision which wasn't in my accord OK ! You can't accuse me of that stupid thing, and pervert ! Why you called me that".

The girl directly responded saying " even after touching my back inappropriately you're acting innocent, how ridiculous is that! " Hyun instantly with a silly face responded "back!! Hey I'm not a person like that OK "

But yet their arguments continued. So the bus passengers thought to only hear the girl, not Hyun, so they made him off from the bus in the middle of the road.

He was so damn frustrated about the incident that in the middle of the road while plucking his hair with a monkey expression he started cursing towards that girl by saying " aish! Really, I wish you a bad day you red-haired girl that's my curse " and started running towards another bus stop which was very far from him.

While inside that bus, a schoolboy was checking his video vlog which he was capturing from his home to the previous bus stop. In the video, he saw the guy who touched the girl's back so he immediately called that girl and showed her the video. After seeing that she immediately yelled to that actual pervert fellow " you bloody slimeball! How dare you to touch my back huh!?." By hearing that the guy answered, " just now you blamed the other guy for touching your back, and now you're involving me?" After hearing those words the girl herself felt shame full for her mistake, but then the boy stood and showed the video and said " we have evidence to put you in jail for what you did okay!" After seeing that video the pervert fellow immediately rushed out from the bus but, the girl was still feeling pitiful for Hyun.

Ahead the other side Hyun was still running towards the bus stop, by watching him run a biker stopped him and asked: " hey where are you going in such a hurry? Tell me I'll give you a life guy". Hyun while gasping oxygen replied "really, will you ?" Then the biker takes out his helmet and said, "common tell me fast! I'm being late for my school". Hyun immediately sat on the bike and said" okay, take me to your school" after hearing that from Hyun while driving back towards the school the biker asked "my school why?" Then Hyun answers "you'll know it soon".

After five minutes both the biker and Hyun entered their school. While alighting from the bike Hyun asks the biker to say his name to which he replied: "name, okay I'm Min Koonsu and you?" Then Hyun while smiling says"I am Kim Hyun" both Hyun and Koonsu shake their hands, and after that Hyun leaves the place and goes to the teacher's office while Koonsu to his classroom.

In the teacher's office, Hyun introduce himself to his homeroom teacher Min Kyoung who was sipping the tea while correcting test papers. Meanwhile, Koonsu entered his classroom and sat in his place, while placing his bag he suddenly noticed Chinsun and gets a mini shock by her's weird but silly facial expression. By shaking her head Koonsu asked, "what's with your expression silly girl! you almost gave me a heart attack".

Then Chinsun remembered the bus incident and uttered the word pervert in a sad way by which Koonsu thought she was saying pervert to him so he immediately reacted saying "pervert! What" by hearing Koonsu's high voice Chinsun comes back to the present time and explained everything about the bus incident happened to her, after hearing her story he said, "what a pitiful guy he would be".

At the exact time, their homeroom teacher Mr.Min Young entered the room. After seeing their teacher everyone settled on their seats and begin to be calm. Sir Young informs the class by saying " students, from today a new transfer student will join our class so welcome him " while Hyun entered the classroom and stood near to the teacher.

After seeing the transfer student Hyun's jaw-dropping visuals other students were stunned. Meanwhile, Chinsun after seeing Hyun realized and thought in mind by saying

" holy crap! The guy whom I accused of being a pervert is my new classmate".
