"You find your strength in the darkest phases of your life, the deep-rooted fear itself turns to courage and you feel empowered to face any challenge coming in your way."

Ami gradually learnt this hard time. She found the way to gather her strength by penning down her fears on paper and crumbling that paper and throwing it in a dustbin. It was basically a way for her to release whatever she ever suppressed and writing what she imagined about, her perfect misery-free life, and to be noted little she did know about the law of attraction of universe that time, but she learnt from her experiences that ' You manifest what you believe in.'

So instead of just writing all the miseries, she also wrote down whatever she wanted in her life so badly and yes you really manifest what you believe in!

So basically writing became the source of her inspiration and her diary became her only best friend knowing all her fears and strengths.

Sooner, she realized to keep her mental health life aside, keeping aside does not mean neglecting it, it means not letting it affect other aspects of her life, personal, academics, professional and so on.

And she started doing things what she exactly had to.

Her high school years were quite good, she learnt so much to conquer her fears by then. She chose her happiness over all the voices in her head. Yes, there were certainly bad days too, along with the good days. And that is life, all the ups and downs, life is such a roller coaster ride and you got to go through each turn. And she was accepting all of that. So despite of the on going medications, and severe anxiety plus depressive episodes, she celebrated her life on the best days of her life. She was again excelling at academics, extra curricular activities and no one really could know that such bubbly girl with the most brightest smile was having battles everyday with her own head and no one could ever understand how exhausting it was.

But she was learning way much more everyday and growing up into a woman, little stronger than yesterday.

No wonder, she still had all her fears suppressed in her subconscious, but the wise thing she learnt was how to conquer them and she was doing that everyday.

Sometimes it was really hard to keep it all together, and such days ended up leaving her devastated, questioning her existence, "WHY ME?"

But as she could not really find the answer of this question, it was somehow hard for her to embrace whatever life gave her and go with the flow.

Because the more she resisted, questioned, the more she felt broken and helpless, making her give up on herself.

But in that very moment of being helpless and wanting to give up, her pain and fear itself ignited the strength in her and kept her going.

And that is how she kept moving forward, embracing both the hard and good days, becoming a little more stronger every day, conquering her inner demons.

All of it was not really enough, but something is better than nothing.

Thirteen-year young girl numbed with fears, scared in life, caged in her miseries was now growing up, and was gradually learning to fly.
