 About story -This story is about a girl who used to live in a very ordinary and lower middle class family with conservative traditional value. The girl want to be entrepreneur and have her own boutique but family says whatever you want to do just do after marriage. In this story we see how the girl regain her destination while facing every odds. . .

Moral of the story : There is no substitute for hard work. Getting something with hard work and efforts makes your soul happy, make you happy about your potential and make you believe that with hard work anything is possible. People feel great when they realize that success which they have is earned by them.

This story begins with a father who has five children, there are two boys and three girl. The father and elder brother is searching groom for the elder girl. The girl name is Laxmi vaidehi. She is Very laborious and hard working girl. She likes to do all her work by own and she want to be independent working girl and she willing to support poorer by providing them job and security etc.  The Laxmi has done graduation in fAshion designing and want to established her own fabric shop as well as manufacturing hub so that she could accommodate the poorer girls and provide them job. Laxmi is very ambitious girl and she is 25 year old now. Father has been looking groom for her for five years when she was 20 year old. She is very skilled in sewing and embroidery but due to family restrictions she is not able to explore herself and could not fly in the sky to achieve her destiny. All most 20+ boys has been searched by father for her but everyone rejected because maximum one want girl should be either educated with general subject or should be in govt job. When her father describes that her daughter is fAshion designer and want to be entrepreneur then maximum one rejected the same and clearly told that they need housewife type girl. Since last five year the girl doing sewing in her house only. Sometimes she told her father please papa ji give me one chance to established my business but her father clear instructions, whatever you want to do just do after marriage. The girl is in very tense about her future and her family is in pressure to searching groom

Her elder brother is working in a power plant unit where one of his colleague suggested his friend for his sister. After all his colleague spoken to his friend regarding the same. His friend name was Ashi. After clearing the some formalities, brother dialled Ashi and talked about his sister marriage. As per Ashi concern, he told him please speak to my mother regarding same and he will not have an issue if mother is convinced. The elder brother of Laxmi vaidehi came at Ashi home and discussed regarding marriage of his sister to Ashi. When the same was asked to Ashi by his mother, he urged his mother whatever you will do, he accept that. He has no issue. After few weeks both of them talked to each other after confirmation of her family and his mother. Ashi and Laxmi both started getting search to their own beautiful small world but their relationship had been broken by someone who thought both are not made for each other; Just before they are going to be engaged and both were very happy with each other and their dreamed future. Both were in deeply stressing because they were synchronised by thinking and their emotions rooted in very deeply. But for family prestige their relationship/ emotions didn’t matter, they were caring about only “what will society say” if you are doing the same. Ashi and Laxmi both even could not understand what were happening with them. What is their mistake, why is family doing such things with them, for family there is no meaning of their teardrops, attached emotions of them etc. After few days when engagement was cancelled by both the family. They again started discussing about strength to overcome from the tragedie depression. Laxmi had have fAshion designing course but still she was thinking since 5-6 year for her own business.

As per Ashi suggestion and request Laxmi again started her embroidery work at home for keeping herself busy. They still shared their relationship with each other. But families of both not accepting them. After sometimes, Ashi assist Laxmi to start her own designer dresses n boutique at home only to get experiences, how the business will be functioned and improve her skill through the same.  She discussed with family again but her father was not convinced and clearly instructed her being a father it is shame for me. People will think, I am not able to upkeep you so you starting all this. After few days again Laxmi explain the same thing to father and try to convince him and this time she get succeeded. With the help of Ashi, she just started a small sewing and stitching business at home only and started keep herself busy with that. After few weeks, she get tremendously growth in her costumers because the finishing of dresses she used to stitches was great and recommended by everyone. eventually she recognised her skills and get confident. Within a month she earned enough amount and she overwhelmed while people are started praising her work. While speaking to Ashi, she becomes emotional so many times and share her emotions with him.

After few days, one of her bhabhi come with old saree at Laxmi home and asked her, this is given by her mother at her wedding and she had emotions with it and would like to wear this saree in her mother marriage anniversary function. Could you make something innovative from her mother’s saree. Laxmi convey the same thing to Ashi and asked him what should I do? I don’t like doing such boring things and I want to be professional designer, not willing to do with old saree and all. Ashi suggested Laxmi, we are not borne in millionaires/ billionaires family. Laxmi we are just common poor people, we are from lower middle class family with great dreams. I know your capability and professionalism and you must see one day your dream will come true. But today it’s test of your talent so explore yourself optimistic and will make something different so if anyone see your stitching dresses just glorified your work. After very long discussion, Laxmi was ready to make something innovative with old saree and decided to make Lahanga of that and same thing convey to her bhabhi too. She was agreed with Laxmi decision. Then Laxmi started making sketches of Lahanga, how would it look like? and she purchased embroidery items to beautifying the same. After making so many sketches ei. approximately 10-15, she send on whatsup to Ashi for his reference, which one will be look better. After a long discussion, both were finalise one.

Laxmi started stitching her customer’s dress as per measurements. It was 2-3 days work for Laxmi to complete the task and after completing the same, Laxmi made call to bhabhi ji and said your dress is ready, please come and check the fittings. If anything would be needed to alter so I could do the same. when Bhabhi ji wear the Dress it was stitched with awesome fittings and look like marvellous. Bhabhi ji was very happy with Laxmi’s work and the amount Laxmi received from bhabhi ji for her stitched and embroidered Lahanga, that was more than enough, she expected. Laxmi was very happy for the appreciation of her work more than the amount she received for the same. After few days she got so many order for stitching the Lahanga as well as suit, one piece etc. and many more. Within the sort period of time, she earned enough money but she worked daily 7-8 hours and she was very laborious and hard working girl. she used to manage all work alone.

Now her customers were growing day by day and every one start appreciating her work and profession but with all these praising and appreciation, she was happy but not satisfied so she want explore many more things in her life. Laxmi discussed her dreams with Ashi, then both decided to make online internet plateform as a tool to expand her business and let’s everyone see her skill and talent. But it was not easy for Laxmi to convince the family for the same. She was very happy and she overwhelmed for her work which were praising by the customers. Laxmi would like to open her boutique as soon as possible. Basically she want to explore herself in many ways to show the everyone her talents and make the family proud by her work. After that, Laxmi started work in professional manner to open her boutique; as Ashi and Laxmi discuss- how to make customer more comfortable and well being by using them aware of all information regarding their cloth and which design will be optimal for them as per customer’s reference, physics and design of cloth. Then Laxmi started to explain them which pattern/colour/ texture Will be suited to them.

Laxmi’s explanation make her customers more comfortable and attractive for their clothes which were designed by Laxmi. After a few weeks, Laxmi’s designed dresses make people credible and authentic look within their budgets so maximum one preferably accept the vaidehi creations as their best choice. After appraisals given by all, Laxmi also known her hidden talents on clothes and hold on stitching/ embroidery. She was very happy and started to enjoy her profession but she had to work hard because she started to accept more and more order to earn enough money for her boutique. She used to start stitching early morning 8 o’clock to till mid night most of the week day’s. When Ashi has seen the work pressures he n her and her workaholic nature. Ashi request to Laxmi, please take care of your health too. Money that not much important as your health.

Now Laxmi’s Confidence was growing day by day and she was doing her job in professional manner and would like to expanding her business and wish to connect with more and more people so every one could excess her easily. During telephoning conversation Laxmi explains her plan to Ashi and start crying that even no one believe on me either. I can do and my own family member are start pulling me, that you can not do and you will be failed. Ashi didn’t say anything to Laxmi that time, just makes her comfortable and asked her plan, how will she execute the same? Then Ashi said to Laxmi, I have been retired from forces and I had some handsome amount in my account so I will give you, the amount you needed for you growing business. First she was not agree and refused Ashi to take money from him but after Ashi request somehow, she has given her acceptance. After that Laxmi and Ashi, firstly discuss on the logo and the name of her business, then Laxmi said: the name you have given to me “ Laxmi Vaidehi” so the name will be of my business “ Vaidehi creations” and the logo for our business we shall search and adopt from internet but Ashi was not agree for the same and request Laxmi to wait for few days. He will do something innovative for you and your business. Basically Ashi urged Laxmi, you are going to take a new and fresh step of you life, it is very much important and responsible stepping and remembered always “ never do copy of anyone, anything and will do the task with your own imagination and innovation” that why I shall make logo something innovative which will shown our religious beliefs in God/ natural superpower/ women’s empowerment/ mother goddess/ trust of customers in you/ A Laxmi vaidehi company etc. It was taken 4-5 day to Ashi for searching/ sketching the suitable images/ pictures/ visuals etc. and after that Ashi start making logo for Laxmi’s business.

After working from early morning to late night, Ashi prepared total 7 logo for her business and at night around 11 o’clock, he send the same to Laxmi’s whatsup and clearly mentioned her, you will not be choose the best one. The all 7 logo you shown to her mother (Mummy Ji) and urged to Mummy Ji “ which one, she is liking most”. Laxmi’s Mummy Ji choosen the same one, which Ashi and Laxmi including her sisters given their thumbs. Laxmi was very happy and very much cheered with Ashi’s job for her. She used to thanking Ashi for his supporting nature but Ashi said her; I always try to help everyone that much I could and never want to be a reason for tears in anyone’s eyes but unfortunately/ mistakenly, I am somewhere responsible for the incidents which were made by our families with silliness issues and that apart/ separate us without knowing our feelings/ emotions for each- others. Laxmi said Ashi:- then I am responsible too. It’s my luck and not your fault, your father is no more with you, you have a responsibility of your family being an elder. You are the main link of chain to hold everyone within family and take care of them. The wordings of Laxmi, Ashi never expected but she was understanding the family’s value so Laxmi motivate Ashi to take care of his family till the time you could do the best and stay together always.

After that, Laxmi was also searched so many alternative to startup her business. While searching on internet and after brainstorming, she has chosen two wholesale shops; from where- she would like to order first batch of dresses for her garments business. But she was also hesitant/ did not understand- how to take her first step to start/ sell these garments and couldn’t traced/find out the customers, to whom- she sells. One day Ashi and Laxmi were discussed the above issue about customer’s stepped in for purchasing and how would she attract the costumers to her shop. After discussing so many alternatives, Laxmi was decided, she shall sale those garments from home only to her regular customers who came here for stitching works basically the locals.  Now, Laxmi placed the wholesale order of first batch garments/ sarees from Delhi & Surat based firm’s. She start making of sketches of different- different designs and start following the Sobhya Sanchi designer to take ideas- how to be modernised her clothes according to customer’s demand. She received the order within a week After placing the order.
