Ramnath, after passing out engineering, started his career in a government undertaking and then changed to a partnership company. During the process of professional journey, co expanded and become one of the top performers in the Pvt sector. His career advanced also took place based on performance and contributions in the development of compny in various sectors.

During the process of journey lot of time conflicts took place because of co-senior management ignoring his and other professionals like him feedback, advice because of overconfidence in their beliefs. Conflict of trust and belief continued and co performance in almost all expanded sectors deteriorated and main expanded sectors were referred to NCLT.

Ramnath keeps on debating and examining was corporate governance observed, did the Human Resource department performed their functions? Was the management information system strong to provide a review of feedback from trusted employees and key management beliefs?
