True Success

A lot of people say that you need to be persistent and hardworking in order to be successful. It is the truth. But I prefer to say that persistence and hard work is key to happiness because for me success is the happiness of the soul. Success to me does not only mean being wealthy it means to be happy to feel contented with life. And I learned it from a very famous author Joanne Rowling also known as JK ROWLING. She is my inspiration and my role model. She was rejected by 12 publishers but was still persistent. She never gave up and became successful and gradually a billionaire. But in 2012 she gave up that status after deciding to donate to a charity. At that time I realized its not wealth which decides your success its the happiness and satisfaction within your soul which decides how successful you have become. The only person who decides how successful you have become is yourself. That was the time when I discovered a new version of myself. I decided to work hard to achieve my goal, be persistent always, and find happiness within my soul. Because that is all that matters. Jk Rowling taught me to be persistent. She is the one who gave me meaning to the proverb "Failures are the stepping stones to success ", she made me realize what true success is. She made me discover this new version of myself, a better version of myself. No matter how many times I thank her for its not gonna be enough coz the change she brought in my life is miraculous...
