A thief who was planning to attack the people and destroy the whole city with the gang named rockstar mafia. A man who found the secret and help the people and the city to be get saved. He fought and get the gang members arrested by the police

He is called Victor. One day his family members go for a walk. A van came which arrest them and take them into their place and the leader named Andrew's killed his dog and send the dogs head in a gift box. Before that he attended a phone in it the gang members talk to him that he wants him to help them in destroying the city. He say no and then he received the gift box.
